Testimonials

We at CTS thank Tri-State for the diligent efforts they portrayed on the recently completed Department of Homeland Security Project in Boston. This project required specialized, precise framing details encompassing an oval lobby with a domed ceiling to name a couple challenges. Tri-State's staff was relentless in their efforts to make it perfect and the end result speaks to the professionalism and craftsmanship of their employees. Their willingness to bring about resolution to the many existing site condition challenges posed is a tribute to the company and what it stands for.

Tri-State’s work on our LEED job at Harvard's Hauser Hall was exemplary. Their carpenter foreman Mark St. Peter in particular was very helpful and proactive. They have also done fantastic work for us on many other jobs including EBay/PayPal at International Place in 2012. On the estimating side Rick and Larry always make themselves available to answer all of our questions.
When we awarded the framing and drywall package for the 35,000 square foot Corning Glass project at 495 Business Center in Tewksbury MA to Tri-State back in the spring of 2012; due to an aggressive project schedule set by the ownership the job was behind schedule well before it even started. Tri-state worked very closely with us and with our other subcontractors to keep the project moving at a fast pace from start to finish. Corning was so pleased with the work and the schedule that they have recently hired H&H back to build out an additional 11,000 sq ft of expansion space at the same property. This project is scheduled to be completed by February of 2013 so we did not hesitate at all getting Tri-State involved again. Tri-State finished a very successful project for us in October of 2012 for Endurance International Group. The project was a 36,000 sq ft build out at the brand new building 10 Corporate Drive in Burlington MA. This project had a mess of drywall ceilings, bulk head soffits and glass openings that required high attention to detail to make sure everything worked out in the end. Once again, Tri-State stepped up and completed on time. Tri-State was also awarded Roka restaurant project at 801 Mass Ave in Boston with H&H in a previously unoccupied space. Assisting the management team all the way from budget and value engineering right through final design pricing while keep their pricing very competitive is what secured Tri-State the project. Because of their work ethic, sincere concern for the project schedule and success, excellent craftsmanship and great attitude, we highly recommend Tri-State for all of your drywall projects.
